Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the KijangWin Platform. Creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. KijangWin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on jurisdiction, payment method, or specific promotional terms. Players who operate under a self-exclusion or cooling-off arrangement are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the restricted period.
To use the KijangWin Platform, Players must complete a registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city and postcode), email address, and mobile telephone number. Players based in Malaysia must provide a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad) number for KYC verification purposes.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. KijangWin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account shall be deemed to have been carried out by the Account holder. KijangWin shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a Player's failure to secure their credentials.
Players must immediately notify KijangWin support if they suspect that their Account has been accessed without authorisation. KijangWin may temporarily suspend an Account during investigation of suspected unauthorised access without incurring any liability to the Player.
KijangWin reserves the right to require Players to complete KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. KYC documents typically required include: a clear photograph of the front and back of the Player's Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport, and, where required, documentary evidence of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of an e-wallet account in the Player's name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
The KijangWin Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Players agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Any commercial use, resale, or systematic exploitation of the Platform or its content without the express written consent of KijangWin is strictly prohibited.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:
KijangWin employs advanced fraud detection technology. Any Player found to have violated the prohibited conduct provisions will have their Account suspended immediately, pending investigation. Winings generated through prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.
KijangWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20 network). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable handling fees. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. KijangWin does not charge fees on deposits, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, completion of applicable wagering requirements, and account standing review. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15 to 45 minutes, subject to network conditions. Processing times stated are estimates and not guarantees.
KijangWin reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. Players may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits depending on their account tier and verification status.
All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has explicitly selected cryptocurrency as their payment method, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction will be applied. KijangWin does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by KijangWin are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms to the contrary, the following general bonus conditions apply.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific bonus offer terms. For example, a bonus of MYR 100 with a 20x wagering requirement must generate MYR 2,000 in qualifying wagers before becoming withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are outlined in each promotion's terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point of credit. Bonus Funds not wagered within the stipulated period will be forfeited without notice. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates in their Account dashboard.

KijangWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and player eligibility criteria.
All Games available on the KijangWin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by mathematical probability. KijangWin does not, and is contractually prohibited from, manipulating game outcomes.
Sports betting on the Platform, including markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, NBA, and international sporting events, is governed by the KijangWin Sportsbook Rules. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of cancellations, postponements, or abandoned events, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as outlined in the Sportsbook Rules.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each game interface or betting market. KijangWin reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time, including imposing lower limits on specific Players or accounts where risk management considerations warrant.
In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a Game in progress, KijangWin will use reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, wagers on affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. KijangWin's decision on the settlement of interrupted games shall be final.

KijangWin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is the lesser amount.
Nothing in this clause shall limit KijangWin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
KijangWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where KijangWin has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or collusion, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and winnings associated with the violating activity shall be forfeited. Any remaining verified real-money balance (i.e., deposited funds not subject to ongoing wagering requirements) may be returned to the Player at KijangWin's sole discretion, following satisfactory KYC verification and confirmation of no outstanding obligations.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting KijangWin support. Players seeking to close their Account due to gambling concerns will be directed to the self-exclusion process and offered access to responsible gambling resources before closure is finalised. Remaining verified balances will be returned following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KijangWin holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through KijangWin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. Players retain any rights they may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in Malaysia that cannot be contractually excluded.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as restricting any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law. Where Malaysian consumer protection legislation provides rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
KijangWin reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the Platform and close their Account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure described in Section 12.3.
